A Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy.
Accredited by Middlesex University in February 2021

Background & Experience
My journey into the Mystery of Sex, Love and Consciousness started as a student during my academic studies of Philosophy and the History of Art.
Frustrated by a lack of guidance/education in sex and love in society I embarked on 10 years of systematic training in mediation and sexuality via a program recognised by the World Association for Sexual Health.
I have been interested in meditation most of my life and spent 5 years teaching it to groups in the UK and abroad.
Also, I worked for 20 years in the health food industry, managing a very popular local health food shop and advising customers about nutrition and supplements for 8 years.
That paired with the experience of regular mindful exercising in nature gave me the inclination to work holistically with clients.
My main clinical experience was gained during work with couples in Relate.
My style of work is pragmatic, fluid, light hearted, open, collaborative, focused and gradual. You can find out more information on the link below:
